I made a stop here when my girlfriend and I were on a short vacation in Poughkeepsie. They don't do tours, but the tastings were free, and the woman who was working there was very friendly. I admitted that I am sort of a newbie to wine tasting and appreciation, so she did a great job of setting up a little tasting that covered quite a few different styles of wine and explained them to me. On top of that, we all ended up having a great conversation. Afterwards, I bought a couple of bottles - everything was quite well priced. You won't find many wineries anymore that don't charge for tastings.
