The girl at the register was so rude. We walked over to pay and without saying hello or anything she goes "before you ask, you can't keep the hanger". Like who says that to a customer who didn't even ask to keep the hanger? The attitude was totally unnecessary and uncalled for.

Complete rip off. Went into the store today to check it out for the first time. Everything I saw was way over priced for used items. Even the new items were to high to be in a second hand store. I went to look for sport shorts for my daughter since i just found some name brand ones on sale at T.J max.. I was thinking I was going to get some used ones for a good price and take the new ones back. NOPE, this store literally was selling little girls USED sport shorts for the exact same price I just bought name brand new shorts for at a store. I just walked out the store, its repulsive. $6 for a pair of kids shorts, yea right. I'm sick of these stores taking advantage of people. Your merchandise is scott free and you got the nerve to try and price stuff at store prices. What makes it worse is that people shopping here do so to save money and generally cant afford to pay alot. The store is over flowing and I'm convinced stores like this and good will are scam artists. I can go to any store and shop cleareance and find new items for less then you can at these use closed store. They should be ashamed. Save your money and go shop clearance and get new stuff. Even on their half price its barely worth it then.

Extremely overpriced. So many things are priced more than new. Apparently no one reads or cares about the reviews. Clearly this is a persistent and consistent complaint from many former shoppers at Red Racks. I started shopping at Red Racks maybe 10 years ago and loved it and recommended to everyone. When their prices became ridiculous, I quit going and I've seen friends complain on social media about it too. Who wants to dig through used stuff to overpay for it?? That's not fun or what anyone likes about thrift shopping. Also, some people depend on thrift store prices.....not this thrift store! ...and it's not any different quality than a store with lower priced items. I didnt go for years but decided to give it another chance and check the store out again to find a particular item I didn't need to buy new. Unfortunately, still stupid high prices for a thrift store. I wont be back and I know I'm not the only one.

Prices are laughable. Who is doing the pricing? When asked, the manager said that the prices three times higher were all being passed to Disabled Vets? How much you want to bet?

You can call and ask, and they usually have a sign on the window or just inside the door.
I actually believe they do, use to work there and they had a small box truck, just call the store, they have a number to call to setup the pickup
Check out Goodwill in Blue Springs at 40 + 7 Red Racks is right beside them they might have one I'm not sure
No, people drive up and leave their donations. Then red racks employees price and organize the donations and you purchase from red racks cashiers.

They do not. There are several online guides for donated goods that are free to use. A quick Google search will give you many options.

If they have them they will most likely be overpriced and probably cost close to retail. Red Racks is a very overpriced thrift store. Don't expect a thrifty deal here.
