Flea market atmosphere is always hit & miss. If there's something you like and you are satisfied when you buy it then it could very well be a 5-star experience. This particular one has enough variety to pick and choose from, but if it's not what one is after, then maybe it could subjectively rate one-star. There is the advantage of ample parking though, which has allowed me to post this middle-ground overall rating.

Been going to this since the 90s. It's a bit more kitschy than it used to be, but not by much. There are good deals among the yard-sale people who are clearing out their garages, and it's possible to find hidden gems. But mostly it's a nice place to walk around for the day.

Handicapped parking is in the back, not enough seating especially for disabled. Difficult to shuffle around and through grassy areas when ground is uneven but good selection of old and new stuff, and good selection of food although 2 vendors ran out of stuff early...coffee early morning and fries at lunch.

I really wanted to give a better review but...now I know why there was no charge for parking or entry — my car was covered with dust from passing cars on unpaved roads! And half of the booths were vendors selling dry goods and overpriced food ($5 for a watered-down lemonade...come on). Is this a vender-food-truck event, cheap dry goods event with some desperate home-improvement venders mixed in, or a real flea market? Answer: it’s all of these, which means it’s really none of these! Then getting out was a complete fiasco, like follow-the-leader on a one-way outbound road. (I got out in a hurry by using the inbound road...hellooooo!) My first and last trip to this disorganized chaos!

Yes. Big food court with plenty of benches both covered and uncovered
Plenty of parking there no problem with that I think everyone starts around 7 a.m.
No cost to get in, but vendor not sure! You can look it up online.
