After they take your money they claim you were cheating and suspend your account. When you ask for clarification on what you were doing wrong they don't respond and keep your money with no refunds available.

I didn't receive credit in Everquest, where I used to pay for several monthly subscriptions, so I petitioned Customer Service to get it solved. I was told, "we adopted an internal policy that doesn't allow us to help in this situation due to lack of resources." What kind of company adopts internal policies that directly contradict their main purpose of serving paying customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything Daybreak Games related. They make it next to impossible to contact them for a reason.

One star company paying shills to give 5 stars. Horrible customer service. No in game support. 2 weeks to navigate their email maze. Will lock you out of your account despite proof of ownership. Random server outages. Server lag. Rollbacks cause xp and item loss. Loose hundreds of items when you transfer servers. Rampant cheating by "bot" programs. 20 year veteran.

Customer service from this company is a joke. They are not helpful at all and many of my tickets are not responded to. Justin "Woebot" C. is terrible with customers and doesn't seem to want to help players with their issues. For a "senior GM" he has not learned how customer service should be handled.

Check the Daybreak Games website. There is specific information how to contact PR marketing teams for information or questions.
That's probably something you'll have to contact CS over.
