We started construction at the very beginning on the Covid-19 pandemic and we hadn’t yet designed our dream kitchen! With deadlines pushed up to accommodate for longer lead times, we only had a few weeks to finalize our design.. virtually. Everything was closed! We worked with Bill Griffin all through email and phone calls to nail down our design. Bill really brought our vision to life! Our kitchen was just installed at the house and we absolutely LOVE it! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to redo your kitchen and definitely ask for Bill!

Worst customer service, don’t bother even stopping here. I was debating whether to stop here to support a “local” shop in Suffern or to just go to home depot. Well i should have went to home depot. The guy that “attended”me was the biggest guy there for identifying him. He was so rude and not helpful at all. All i wanted was help on how to build a garden and what material i need &buy at the store. Obviously he is not the owner because all he cared about was rushing me out of the store, kept saying things like “if you can hurry up that would be great” the store still had 20minutes until close. I was also the only customer in the store, so what was his rush to close the store?

I purchased window sills from this store. I told the guy who took my order how many windows I needed to cover. Order came in and it was short by one window. I am very disappointed in how this was handled by the guy who placed my order. I still need wood for one more window. I have NO intention of going back to Dykes. I'll go to where I should have gone the first time to Beckerly Lumber.
