Carwash has gone down hill fast..the self serve machines are embarrassing, bird nests over head as well as water dripping on you as you wash your car. One bay is always out if service. Who ever owns this place should put a little money back into there business to keep it functioning properly. Not many self washes in the area so I guess that's why get any business at all. Please take pride in your business!!!

I’ve been coming to Pearl Mount car wash for quite a few years, they are definitely not top notch but were decent. I always would come home and give a quick wipe down on area that was missed. Today, I noticed there was no line so I decided to get a full wash, $33 later car was still filthy. I mentioned to the gentleman that was drying off my car that there was a few area’s missed and barely did anything. I came home to wipe down my whole car with a auto spray cleaner. I’m not sure if ownership changed but definitely not the same. Better off driving to Ramsey for a better car wash.

Was super excited to go to a self service wash since my hose waters been shut off for the winter. I Brought my car there to give a pre wash rinse and suds on exterior only. No foam even left the foam cannon, it just spit out everywhere along the leaky hose. I then tried to wash off the bright blue soap residue on my car and the pressure water would only spit out soap and water and not just water. I spent 25 minutes trying to clean it, tried every knob / setting possible and couldn’t get clean running water to rinse off the soap. Left with my car more dirty and grimy looking than when I drove in. I cannot even see out of my windows from the heavy soap residue. Completely unprofessional staff as well as they wouldn’t even give me a courtesy rinse with just Watertown get the soap off, Absolutely unbelievable. I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone. Only vehicles that should go here are cars that are on their last leg and no money or maintenance has gone into it in 30k miles. Otherwise you will be extremely disappointed with the employees and their equipment offered. Not to mention, I saw 3 cars leave the actual car wash and their bumpers and skirts were still covered in dirt.
