You can order 3 large sandwich meals and they will only give you 2 single napkins. And not offer condiments. Place is super basic and slow. Might want to drive an extra few miles to the next jack

Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled for grooming and due to unknown last second circumstances they called me to tell me that I need to reschedule. The new appointment availability isn’t for another week or so… nah I’m good, I’ll go somewhere that has prompt service and doesn’t play games.

Online they always show that they have something in store and when I go to the store they don’t even have any of the items in stock like none of them. completely sold out. every single time. either order enough to meet demand or simply update the online website to reflect what you actually have in inventory so you don’t waste ppls time. i asked a worker where an item was and she was too lazy to walk and show me the item. going to this place is frustrating

The store is clean. The staff is nice. It's frustrating that the grooming area is not able to ring up grooming purchases; you have to get in the often VERY long line to pay. Other than that, everything is easy to find, often in stock. There is plenty of parking. Complimentary treats at the register. It's a decent store.
