Bought a rcx76 Invictus and it didn't last 1 fish. the tip started twisting mid fight and took some glass damage. I brought it in and the guy stuck some glue on the tip and sent me on my way.. the guys at the shop and myself were turning our heads at the service.. (I have videos and pictures of when it happened)

These fishing rods are top quality. By far the best in the business. Hands down.

United Composites Rods are the best out on market today. You may need to order early if you are planning a trip long range or local because there is a bit of wait involved with getting a facotory rod from UC. But the wait is well worth the waitfor one of UC's unbeatable rods . 5 of 5 stars .

I would recommend the RUSA 90MAG. Parabolic and light weight. Perfect for throwing light surface iron, plastics and flylining bait.
Absolutly . Ce 700 good blank but we have many differant blanks to choose from . And what exactly it is your after . us 711 m is a good choice as well.
If you wanted to stay in the 30-40lb range you woild do very well with the US80 Tilefish Jr. That rod would fish bait well...fish mid-sized surface iron...and you could fish colt snipers and mega baits really effectively. I don't know if you were thinking of fishing big rip baits with that Komodo 471 (7:1 gear ratio) but the Tilefish Jr could also do that as well. Let me know if I'm hitting the right bases. OK?
The Tranx 500 is a pretty big reel. Definitely capable of heavier lines. It would be a good idea to decide what line class you plan to fish and then go to rod selection. The suggestions already listed below are all good ones. However, lets get more info and then we can narrow your choices.
