I have frequented this Mavis before and I have to say I was really impressed by the service provided to me on this visit. William and Joe were very professional, informative, and helpful. The wait time wasn’t long at all. It was a great experience and one that everyone should have when entering a place to have their car serviced. They made sure I left with a true feeling everything was done right. After another tire shop damaged my tire William and Joe reassured me! Great service and a big recommendation.

I might be writing this prematurely as I haven’t gotten my car back yet - but that’s the reason. I have been going here for years for tires - always very happy. Today was the 1st time I used them as mechanic. I dropped car off at 9am - there were no other customers. Called at 12 they were waiting on part. Called back again at 3 still waiting . Communication would have helped here- update Joe the mgr fixed everything- sincere- nice guy! I’ll be back!

My experience has been phenomenal and they have been very helpful with my truck. I came in for an alignment and balance on my pick up truck. Managers of Joe and William are very respectful and helpful and keep you updated through out the process and the steps of your car service. If something is wrong they come address the situation to you and ask for permission to proceed to fix the problem with the right solution. In the end, I would definitely recommend friends and the public to come by and get great customer service from a very professional staff and management.

I came in for a headlight replacement after Pep Boys said it would cost $185 and take 90 minutes to change one bulb (with an appointment). Spencer did it in 10 minutes for $20, and all the guys were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone, they've done tires/shocks for my car too in the past and it was always a smooth process, short wait time, much better price than expected.
