Never again. First one when I called to place my order, the lady was not friendly and not very helpful. Second off they took over an hour with my order and I’m only 6 minutes away in car from them. Third off my pizza was cold 😒. Never ever again.

The last few reviews I've read are a bit worry some, but the last few times I've ordered online Pizza Hut has been pretty good. The store must have a priority for those customers who place large orders. Their delivery is generally in time and the drivers are friendly. The one thing I dislike from the store is that they don't read directions too well. Last order I asked for a Thin Crust with extra cheese and sauce (this was aside from a regular hand tossed)...I got the regular with the extras and the thin crust was basic. Overall though, haven't had many issues with Pizza Hut in Guttenberg. Until something drastically terrible happens, they'll continue to get my support.

The WORST customer service I've experienced ever! This place deserve no stars. Run by a bunch of rude young boys, apart from the elderly delivery driver. Nobody greets you when you come in so if you don't say anything they'll completely ignore you. I called out to get their attention and am answered with "1 minute." Fine...I can wait 1 minute. I called out after waiting 10 minutes when I was told they only needed a minute, with a "One moment!" so I responded in the same tone, " You asked for a minute and it's been 10..." So this BOY comes out all huffy and irritated and asks what's your order number, he pulls up the order on his screen and tells me " It's been canceled!" Those kids have no business being in customer service. Only there to rack up hours and collect their check because when it's not their personally owned business, who cares right? With that being said, if they don't care about service, then why would they care about the quality? Maybe it's for the best that I didn't buy food from there...they likely don't wash their hands.

I always order from this Pizza Hut. But, this time I got the worst pizza ever! The order I received was cold, the cheese bread was nothing but bread (little cheese), the pizza (sausage and pepperoni) cold and barely any cheese. I paid extra to EXTRA cheese. As you see in the pictures, it’s obvious someone did not follow instructions. Quite disappointed! 🥺I threw out all that pizza that is in the pictures 😡
