Crooks ! Do not shop here. Horrible care and customer service. After buying a $1800 brand new dishwasher that did not work out of the box the Manger Brian basically said I’m screwed and good luck. Even though you bought a brand new product you need to call manufacturer and get it repaired. It took Friedmans Horrible Home experience 2 weeks to reply after I left several messages about lemon dishwasher. This has been a complete nightmare purchase as I still sit here hoping I get a working 1800$ dishwasher in a month. Hey atleast it looks pretty. Do yourself a favor and stick to Pacific Sales. Great customer service and they keep customers happy. You won’t get a used car salesman for a manager and a store that doesn’t back the product they sell. 2 months with a 3 week delay from you responding to issue. No installation or delivery offered. I would of never bought from you if Pacific Sales wasn’t out of stock. I pay for delivery, installation and extended warranties on everything I buy. I can show you 30k in receipts. Dishwasher sat until kitchen completed. Then installed, tested and double checked and tested again by a reputable licensed contractor. Dishwasher installation pretty cut and dry hose & power plug. Bottom line is Friedman has horrible customer service and loyalty. Exactly why you’ll never be a Pacific Sales. I should of know as the five times I’ve been in store it’s a Ghost town.

I recently needed to replace my dishwasher. I first called Friedman's and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate, Justin Simons. Based on that conversation, I went in to the store, and I ended up purchasing from Friedman's. Everything from the sales experience to the installation was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

Masks required, but walk-ins welcome. The store is big enough that social distancing normally isn't a problem.
I would think Friedmans should be able to help with that. If not, Wolf has a location over in the Compton area, you should be able to Google it. I was looking at Wolf units there at Friedmans recently and admiring them. Certainly they have transformed from a strictly commercial line of cooking equipment to some very stylish residential equipment as well.
Friedmans offers local delivery and installation. There is a small fee for this service.
