Went in for dinner 3 weeks ago. Food was good, but not spectacular. One of busboys dropped a dish with sauce on the floor and it went all over my wife’s new loafers. We brought it to our waiters attention. He said to call and they would make the busboy pay if they could not be cleaned. They did not come clean. We asked for the purchase price yesterday. Under 100 dollars. He said he would send it, but we are no longer welcome to dine there. We have been going there for 5 years or so. We were shocked. He said it was an accident, so they should not have to pay. I run a business too, and we have accidents, but we always make what happens right with the customer. That attitude has cost them 3 other families as well, who will no longer dine there. Beware, they are not as nice as they seem! The food is not that good to be letting customers go. With that attitude the restaurant is not long for this world.

What a brilliant place. The food is first class. Shame you need to bring your own wine. The service is brilliant and the staff has not forgotten Italian.
