Food was pretty good. The wings were a little overcooked which made them a bit dry, maybe we were just unlucky

Our server, Meghan, was super friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the different wing options, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and knew the menu well. She checked in with us frequently and kept us posted on our food preparations and wait time during busy dinner rush. We will definitely be back, and ask for Meghan. Place was clean and everyone was happy to be there.

Can't comment on the food because we couldn't get service to order anything. Went to this Wing House after the Garth Brooks concert Saturday night, restaurant was not very busy, a few tables already seated. Upon arrival we were informed it would be 10-15 minutes before anyone could get to us..ok that's not bad, she then said and I quote "just sit over there and I'll get to you when I get to you" that should have been a red flag. We sat and waited, no menus brought to us at all after sitting there 10 minutes. Then a table of 5-6 sat behind us and lo and behold they had menus and drinks! Needless to say we got the point..apparently your servers aren't into making money. We left... Also, I'm in the service industry so I know how it works, you should be embarrassed by the customer service your servers give to the patrons.

They use to have great wings and curly fries but now the wings are over cooked too dry and over cooked and the fries way to crispy for me. The price on wings were $16.99 for Ten wings it was not worth money.What happen to Winghouse I use to know the chicken wings were cooked right and soft and the Buffalo sauce was great and the french fries and the curly fries cook were soft and not extreme crispy and hard. You Cooks need Timers on cooking the food right and I Don't like over cooked wings and I don't want break my teeth and your fries way over cooked and way to crispy for me. Hire new cooks please do self a favor and the waitress was nice and helpful and she refill my drinks and I told her food was not that great and it was over cooked.and your prices way too high.
