30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy to see if a prescription went through on insurance before giving up and going there in person only to be asked to wait 25 minutes for the prescription. Unbelievable. 😡

Avoid the pharmacy. Very rude head pharmacist. He always seems to be angry about trying to do anything over the phone with him. Have had numerous issues getting medications on time and it was always do to the pharmacist failing to do their job. Im going to warwick from now on because I cant deal with them anymore.

I have always had fine, reasonable service at this CVS location, particularly at their very professional and helpful Pharmacy. I have also seen the staff put up with various levels of bs and drama in a tolerant and kind way. I really think they should be given a LOT of thanks and credit for staying open during a lot: long hours and during all kinds of weather and especially now during this health crisis, when they are undoubtedly helping even more worried scared and possibly misinformed people. Cvs and the G Lake Post Office are businesses run by people we should all be deeply grateful for.

Love this location, as I’m a resident of GWL. The employees are SO helpful (but never annoying). The pharmacy staff is knowledge, however not too friendly. That doesn’t bother me when I’m just going to pick up my meds. Alex is very helpful and there is another man, I don’t know his name, which is very helpful too. There was word that this location was going to close and I pray it doesn’t! Keep up the good work CVS.
