Apparently the car wash wasn’t working, they took my truck in and just power washed it with water after I paid for a $28 full detail. My car came out with dirt still all over it and the man said that the car wash wasn’t working so they were just using the power wash. When I paid for wash, wax, rain X and detailing. And I did not refund my money. Rip off!

Came here for the first time to get a car wash which I found on google only because the place I go to normally was closed. I don’t ever leave bad reviews because I know what it does to a company. Place inside is nice they have several items to purchase which I did about $50 worth. By the time I finished paying for my car wash which was $25 and the rest of items I bought inside was another $40 and tipping the box a $20 for their work and knowing they probably don’t make much there. Woman inside was very nice and helpful even gave me a free air freshener. By the time I got out the doors my car was done which was very quick I thought maybe they still had to do the inside. Before I even arrived at the car wash I cleaned the inside myself took all garbage out so they can just vacuum and wipe the insides out. To my surprise I get into my vehicle and looks like they didn’t even touch the inside of my car. Attaching pictures below for reference. I was shocked and thinking this can’t be but yes it was. So disappointed with the service they gave for a service I paid for. Looked like nothing inside was touched or vacuumed. Obvious dirt all over the place which was so upsetting and let me say I’d never go there again. I should of read the reviews before even going there. Seems like everyone had the same issues as me. oh window all stil had dirt from bird poop still on them. literally like nothing was done. such a disappointment since its such a nice place. they rusheed through it all and there was no line or anyone waiting.. Seems like all the negative reviews here are all about the same thing whichis interior, maybe management should take a look at this issue and have a meeting or training on it. had to come home and re vacuum the whole car and redo my windows which were also the same. Next time i will read revies before i try a new place.. Its a nice place but this issue definitely needs work...

The first time I went, my car went through the wash without the wash actually being turned on. I had to argue with the staff but they finally let me have the car go through the wash again, this time with the wash working. Ok, I figured this was a fluke, so I decided to use them again, even through the actual quality of the wash wasn't spectacular (still had some dirty spots I needed to wipe off at home - but not the worst I've seen.) The second time I went, the wash broke while I was in line. 15 minutes later, with the wash still broken, and none of the employees who were running back and forth in the wash actually bothering to tell the growing line of cars what was going on, I decided to leave and never come back. In short, when Sparta Car Wash works, it's fine...if it works. And by fine, I mean it's a basic, no-frills wash where you're probably going to need to wipe off your mirrors and a few other spots when you get home because they always miss something. You're taking a massive risk by coming here. Frankly, it's not worth your time. Just find a different location and prevent the potential stress.

I am consistently disappointed with this car wash. Yet again, after the car wash, I needed to re-wash the inside and outside windshield. It was covered with dirty rag streaks. The same dirt was on the carpets, and pieces of paper were still on the floor. $30 for a wash, I do expect a better job than that. Five people working on one car, and they can't get it done right. So, Warwick car wash, here I come!!
