7/13/2022 This Office Depot location came to my family's rescue today. We had a funeral at 11 AM this morning and I called at 8:30 AM in the hopes that the print department could print a photo of our deceased and mount it for display during the services. To say that the department went above and beyond is an understatement. Chi treated me and my situation with respect and kindess. She also got the job completed in less time than originally agreed. Thank you so much for the work you did and for helping to make a sad day a little brighter.

First and last time at this outlet. I never placed an order online for pickup at Office Depot, and had a terrible time picking it up. Everywhere else usually looks at the order number or barcode from my phone to make sure it is me. Not here. You need a CA drivers license. Military ID was a no go, and don't know why. The staff member assisting me was rude and inaudible. Not everyone has perfect hearing. Surprised that the ink cartridge was the same price as everywhere else. 1-Star for being close to Total Wine & More

I've never write reviews but I did not have a good experience. Was on hold for over a hour on the phone. They only have one printer working and took 3 days for my 10 page order to print out that was originally supposed to be same day pick up. I needed this order for a meeting on the following day and still didn't get it on time. Don't expect timely pick up times or good customer service.

Two younger employees don’t know how to do anything. They have to print something 3 times to get it finally right. The young man couldn’t even print a basic 8x11 photo, while I was waiting for my prints to be redone, due to them not doing them right in first place. First time I was there took over hour from them to print 10 photos on regular printing paper. Thought doing it online a second time would be faster, nope still didn’t follow directions from online order. I went to get refund and didn’t want to waste my time waiting so I left and the young girl even gave me wrong invoice with someone else’s Information. Never going there again! -A Karen
