Food and service were actually pretty good. As always, these chain restaurants as a rule of thumb are much better in smaller towns where they rely mostly on a local community so they have to be good and this place was no exception. Definitely recommend when you're on your way from PA to NY.

I really enjoy Chili's. IMHO, they are one of the better chains. My visit was ok. It seems that this location us suffering from lack of staff,like most places. The food was good, as expected, but the service was awfully slow for how empty the place was.

Haven't been here in a few years. Though the service was great and my food tasty, the portion of a rack of ribs was 9 ribs. A full rack should be 12 ribs. The manager told me that post Covid, corporate has cut back on portions. This is understandable however, it should be made clear on the menu that portions are smaller.

My children enjoyed this visit very much. Though we have had issues at other locations, this location has been good. I tried the honey chipotle crisper. If you want sweet and a little spicy at the same time, you'll enjoy this. Thanks Chilli's!
