Estimated time was way off waited 20 min inside, order took a bit more than an hour from ordering to pickup. This is the 3rd and final time. Just tell me it's an hour and I'll plan accordingly instead of waiting a half hour at the location. Food was OK. Not bad, but not worth the hassle.

Horrible communication between staff members. Had to wait triple of the expected time because they give my order to another customer.

I used to love Pizza hut's deep dish pizza. It was so good! I hadn't had it in a while. I ordered a deep dish pie with mushrooms. They were hardly any mushrooms and the "large" pizza apparently is now 14" instead of 16". It cost me around $20 for this small pie and it didn't taste nearly as good as the old time deep dish pies. I won't be back.

Food is always great here. But what the heck still no inside dining? Every restaurant has inside dining already. What are you guys waiting for? Every single customer was complaining about that outside. It's not like you are short on employees. You had a lot behind the counter when we walked in.
