I haven't been to this establishment for a while, now I think I know why. I bought 2 large pies for almost $30. One was suppose to have ground beef w/ veg, the other was to have sausage w/veg. When I got home, I swear each pie had about 4 pieces of meat about the size of an M&M. So sorry I didn't take a pic. Had it not been so hot that day, I would have taken both pies right back to them. Won't be going back. They use to be one of the best. 😪

Do not waste your money at this location. I was told after an hour and a half that nobody knew where my pizza was or if it was even coming, was told to call back the next day if it didn't come!!? It did finally arrive but whoever made it was apparently upset, they threw all the pepperoni on one side and my veggie lover pizza had hardly any veggies &all placed within an inch of the crust, the ENTIRE middle of the pizza was empty, sauce was barren & some slices literally had 2-3 inches of crust. To top it off when I was able to call next day because they were closed by time I got my food, one manager said she wasn't surprised, multiple complaints that day from night before and bad staff issues, offered store credit then had a 2nd manager get on phone and tell me I had to bring the old pizza in for credit because they don't trust their customers! Whole situation seems like a bad joke from a store that doesn't value the quality of their food or customers time and $. Please save your time and choose somewhere else!

Every time I place an order via the app with this particular restaurant in Bear, there is always an issue. Either something is missing, something is wrong with the order, or it takes forever. I just called several times inquiring about an order that stated it was delivered but wasn't. They didn't answer the first 3x and the 2x, they picked up and hung it up in my face. Called the 6x and the manager says they only have one driver, but it will get there. It's been almost an hour in a half. If they have no drivers, they need to take away this option on the app for this location. They need to do better at this location. Better customer service and better professionalism. I knew I should have followed my gut and used the New Castle location even if it meant driving a little longer distance and inconveniencing myself.

Placed an order for delivery. My order was done but because of only one driver I went to pick it up myself. I asked for my delivery and tip back since I picked it up. You would've thought I asked for their first born. They gave me my delivery fee back but said they couldn't give my tip back. So I paid a 20% tip to pick up my own pizza that was Luke warm to cold in temperature Just checked my bank statement and the delivery fee was never refunded and there is an extra separate $1.50 discharge. I will be calling my bank to dispute.

I hope it's not the one with the purple hair she acts like black people are contagious she was extra rude and wanted to shout across the room to take my order won't be coming back to this location rude azz people needs to get fired
