Listen I have always been an avid supporter of your franchise. I always say Capriottis is the best. Although the past few months with the change over of employees, they must not be getting the proper training. The quality has really gone downhill fast lately. Please get back to being the best and I will continue enjoying your sandwiches and spreading the word! I do love you guys and your product and would love to continue the tradition. Be blessed

Where's the meat? Hard pass! I should have read the other reviews before spending $34 on two meatless cheesesteaks.

Terrible. I have reviewed other food places and have never been completely disappointed until now. We ordered sandwiches and salads. 1 of the salads was a chopped Antapasta. It was almost $9.00 with 3 meats and cheese there was less than an ounce. It was all lettuce. I went back thinking it was a mistake. You get more meat on a salad at Wawa for half the cost and again there was less than 1 ounce total of meat and cheese. When I took it back they told me that was it. The portion was correct. We will never go back. We spend about $400 a month eating out. None of it will every be here again. Even the sandwiches were wrong and I know it was not a Miscommunication because I did it online plus the receipt detailed everything. Never again.
