Over priced. Slow service. Everything was almost melted by the time we even got it out the window. I know on aviator game days they offer no parking lot parking at all which is a major headache and makes the drive thru line even longer and slower. Had I not had gift cards I probably would have went to DQ. I asked for some strawberry and chocolate together in a dish and got 1 tiny scoop of each in separate condiment cups with no toppings not even whipped cream.

The service was terrible. I asked for the "Invent Your Own" sundae and the girl at the window insisted they didn't do that. When I pointed out that it was advertised on the window she got very rude and asked me what custard I wanted. I said Pistachio Nut, she said they didn't have it. I pointed out that it was on their list of flavors and she turned to another employee and said "can you help her, she doesn't know what she wants". Then, she filled the orders of the SIX customers behind us. I went to the window and asked if we were going to get our order and she said stomped off and returned with something that wouldn't pass for a doggie dish (picture attached). We will never return. If you're going to hire immature employees, maybe have an adult around to make sure they do their job.

Not worth your money. Options were limited. They were out of most stuff. Ordered a basic cone and the custard was half melted and falling off the cone as they handed it out the window. When we asked for another cone they just took off the top scoop of custard from the cone and tried to give us the same melted cone with half the custard. Very poor service, I do not recommend.

Went by their drive through on a Saturday afternoon. Pretty decent line of cars, perhaps waited around 5-10 minutes to put our order in and get our custard, so not too bad. Employees had face coverings on (much appreciated!). I tried their soggy bottom, which is basically vanilla custard, with peanut butter sauce and crushed oreos at the bottom. Portions are big. Prices are very reasonable. There was plenty of peanut butter on there (maybe a little too much?) and not enough oreos :( but the flavors were good. They use the environmentally hazardous styrofoam type dishes which was really disappointing to see. Overall, a pretty average experience. In response to what the owner has posted: Thank you for taking the time to reply to my review. I really appreciate that. It's good IF the styrofoam is being recycled. But this is only if the customer makes the effort to dispose of the containers in a recycling bin. Styrofoam is a petroleum based product. Thus, its production and destruction (in landfills) is toxic to the environment. When exposed to certain levels of sun, it can burn releasing toxic chemicals into the air. Even hot liquids and foods can cause the partial breakdown of styrofoam, causing us to ingest harmful toxins. There are some wonderful new materials out on the market that do not exact a toll on the environment or humans in its production or in its disposal (whether they are recycled or not!).

We follow the directive from the Tippecanoe Department of Health about covid. Also, our building has negative air pressure, meaning the air rushes in from the outside. It is impossible for the inside air to flow out of our windows. That means we cannot contaminate the air you breath with any germs.
