Not enough stores, but those that are there (Big Lots, Petco) are great and attract many customers. Plenty of parking for the theater, the 3 fast food restaurants and the Applebee's hidden in the corner.

Great place to walk around. Several eating places. I visited Montebello AMC after the pandemic restrictions, I enjoyed a movie in a theatre. It was great! Clean theatre, restrooms and friendly staff.
