I was Sick of buying boots for $100 every 6 months. Finally decided to walk into the store to buy some quality work boots. Was helped by Chris. He went ahead and walked me through what type of boots would suit me best based on my foot scans and the type of work I’m in. Very professional and informative. Was nice having a salesman that wasn’t pushy and gave many different options without trying to sell me the most expensive boots there. Will tell my coworkers and friends to stop in and give this place a go! Very pleased with the whole shopping experience from start to finish.

Picking up new soles for the work boots I acquired from a previous visit. The gentleman who assited me (didn't get his name) helped select the size I needed thru a machine that detects foot pressure points. VERY cool. He helped select the sole size, did a walk-about in the store, and rang me up and out the door all in about 10min.

Good place.Good customer service..I love the boots here, it's all I wear for work but unfortunately, if they don't get new black boots, I'm close of purchasing all the ones they currently have or I'll have to try a different redwing boot store assuming they'll have more selection. I also come to here to get my boots retouched.
