The people that work there are very NASTY! they have no idea how to do their jobs. I will never use this branch or the Demotte branch, since it is the same NASTY people that work at both branches, ever again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. The same ladies that work here are also in Demotte Indiana. Not sure where the other reviews got their information from. Every time I've been in either branch being Rensselaer or Demotte I've seen nothing but smiles. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they will find someone that does. Thank you ladies for your dedication to our community.

They literally are never open ever. You guys need to change your hours and update all that on here so people don't waste their time. Why even have this place when its barely open?

Is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays you can just go in and get a renew your drivers license already did that and they are open until 5 all those two days
Two pieces of mail with your address you want changed has to be ligit like check stubs or jury duty etc. Two forms of i.d
You can go to any branch that is open to amend your information.
Not really ever but they are open Tuesday and Thursday and that's it open 8-5 all tests must be started before or no later than 4 pm

They dont have direct phone lines anymore. You have to call the central hub. The number should be on the BMV website.
