I have worked in the auto industry for 16 years and have been to many Firestones both personally and professionally, ranging from ok service to horrible service. I got my oil change done at this location a few weeks ago and it was by far the best Firestone experience I have had. They were friendly, timely, and the pricing was good.

I love Firestone as most locations are honest and truthful but this location here has to be the worst I’ve worked with. I took my car there 3 times and each time was terrible and I was charged for repairs I did not authorize. The technician apologized and the manager would not give me my money back to my Firestone card

Worst experience i have had. Took it for an oil change and to change my back breaks. Go pick it up they change all 4. While driving it a squeek was being made when I hit the breaks. I go and take it back. I pick it up and they told me they couldn't here anything and nothing wrong. I take it a third time. This time they heard the noise and they told me they changed the breaks again. I go pick it up, the lost my firestone account card, they lost my keys and they say I never gave them keys, and to make it worse the sqeek is there and sounds horrible.
