Once meeting with the doctor in examination room the experience at this facility is satisfactory. Although you need to beware that while in the examination room they will suggest that”you NEED THIS OR THAT “ and if you go along with all their suggestions of needs them you’ll be spending hundreds and hundreds. For example, I came with medical records, X-rays, blood test results and had I went along with what they “need” I would have spent over $400 more dollars than I did. I declined their “NEEDS” and still spend $249.00 This visit extended to bringing my dog back the following morning and upon picking up my dog later that day and paying for services, they tried declining their $20.00 coupon for first time patients. If you like to be ignored when visiting your vets office this would be the place to go. In addition to them being less than accepting with their customers trying to save $20.00

Came here on a weekday evening for an urgent visit with one of my geriatric dogs. However, I called once I was in their parking lot and was told by the receptionist that their only veterinarian just went into surgery and to go elsewhere. I'm surprised they only have one attending veterinarian!

Unbelievable after taking my frenchie puppy in and charging me 500 dollars at the door they turned us away . My puppy was in shock and unresponsive . She ate something that caused this . They told us that we had to take her to another facility .and tried to persuade us to travel to fountain valley another VCA place . My dog was in shock her breathing was laboured and she was crying . They said the doctor was leaving at 10 oclo k and no do tors to replace . It was rush hour and we didnt make it .

Dr. Foresburg saw my French bulldog for an emergency consultation. I was so impressed with how much time she took to make sure my dog had the right medications and referrals before we left. She called The Eye Care for Animals on our behalf and insured the correct treatment plan for our dog even with a busy emergency clinic running. Her time and effort is beyond appreciated. Additional the team of Vet Techs were amazing and took time to answer all our questions! Thank you all again for all your help! It means so much to our family!
