I was repeatedly transferred and kept on hold for over 20 minutes before being disconnected simply trying to reach the Pro Desk to get information on pricing and availability for a specific special order product. I guess Home Depot doesn't want my business. A call to Home Depot corporate customer service finally got me to person at the store ... who is not on the Pro Desk,. and did not understand that I am a construction industry professional with specific questions that can only be answered by the Pro Desk. I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes again. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the product in question only sells through big box stores, and my experience with Lowe's was comparable.

We needed a blackout curtain installment for our room and set out to get it done by our local Home Depot store. It seems that there are not enough installers for all the stores in the area. However, one of the lovely girls in the help desk offered fantastic solutions. She took the time, walked with us to the curtain section and helped us choose the best option. I’m so glad I came because she solved a problem I had for quite some time.

Good luck in this joint; I mean in any Home Depot, this isn’t a location specific review. I’ve been to most the locations and I can say it’s safe to clump of them all together. They have too much stuff so it’s hard to find what you’re looking for and the people are too busy to help. But 5 stars because I have gratitude and it would be hard to get anything done without Home Depot. Goodnight!

Great store for a variety of seasonal plants and potted Christmas trees. I was lucky to get a 2 gallon blue-green Italian Stone Pine 2 years ago right after Christmas, and I kept it on my balcony and recently planted outdoors (on my pics.) They are beautiful and hardy, very nice quality here. This December they sell them in two sizes - 2/1.5 gallons and small 6.5” Italian Stone Pines. The bigger pines sold out too quickly, I got the only one left on December 16, then came back for a smaller one for the office. Garden department Cashier Andrea made buying the pines easy and pleasant for me both times. She is personable and cares for the customers and plants.

No I work there were closed but we will be open for Black Friday.
Their garden department has a variety of indoor and outdoor plants as well as vegetables, seeds and soil. This is still a Home Depot and that means you will find the basics here, so dont expect this to rival Armstrong or other specialty gardening stores.
