They raised prices during a world wide crisis. They are already overpriced then to take advantage of people during this time. Smh! Some many levels why this price gouging is wrong. Shop around elsewhere. So many other places with better prices. Don't support greedy businesses that take advantage of situations like this. Im sure they going to lose customers over this. Customers are outraged

They are impossible to get ahold of via email or phone. They offer free shipping but do not honor it and give bogus reasons for not shipping an item. Still waiting on my refund. Will never do business and will discourage people that I know from doing business with this company. Luckily there are several other hydroponic companies that answer their phones and do proper business with people instead of jerking them around. I really hope that this store goes out of business soon so that the business can go to people who deserve it and will not get ripped off.

Never had a single problem that someone there was more than ever willing to help me find the solution. Have a question about their products/ they will spend the time explaining what you need to know. They even helped me navigate the return/exchange of an ascent bag, even though I purchased mine elsewhere and that store went "belly up" Thanks Sean and your Long Beach gang. You are da best. Bones
