I could not believe the service at PJ Wellihans in Maple Shade tonight! Our waitress Traci was rude, short and barely available. She came and went so fast we couldn’t really ask for what we wanted. We waited FOREVER in between her visits. I asked for fries (regular fries “without old bay” was my exact wording) and I got regular fries with a side of cheese (like you get with famous fries) and she charged me for famous fries. I tried to ask her and she kept arguing and interrupting me, until I had to use my teacher voice to tell her to “take it off my bill.” She did, but then she tried to get another word in about “hearing famous fries” when she returned with the new bill. Then she was almost breaking plates at the next table when she was stacking them to clear. You could hear the anger in how she slammed them down. She did that with our drinks too. Overall, not happy with the service tonight. Food, of course, was great as usual.

Wonderful service, great food. Only problem is food runners don't put their hair up. When questioned about it. The hostess said it's a trend thing. I reminded them it's a board of health thing. Still love coming here. Our server delivered all our food tonight. She was truly awesome. Ask for her when you come in. Filament is her name!!! Awsome she was!!!

Packed! mostly with young people, but also families and older people. The waitresses are attentive and friendly. Draft beer was fresh. The only not so great thing is the really loud volume of a certain tv sports channel...it would be nice for people to be able to hear themselves while talking and not yelling.

Beer was cold, staff was good, wings were okay. However, some wings were kinda tough and didn't taste fresh as I would expect. Had 10 hot & honey and 10 inferno. That inferno name didn't live up to expectations either.
