Excellent bbq. Ordered small meal for 4 takeout. All of the sauces were excellent. Loved the mustard one the best. Got the delicious pulled pork, hush puppies, Texas toast, southern potato salad, cole slaw and sweet tea. All outstanding! Great customer service!

I did love the taste of the meat! One of the best I had tasted, I love the beef ribs always delicious! The brisket it's perfect and the turkey it's just a miracle taste. ****But the sides were awful, green beans and boiled potatoes! Like the worse sides I ever had! You are such amazing at the bbq but boiling potatoes seems like a different history!

I want you to imagine a neighborhood somewhere in East Texas mid 1950's. Green grass, white picket fences, smiling faces around the table awaiting dinner. Now imagine what that food taste like from this suburbia and transport it to North Carolina and attach the word BBQ to this and see where my dilemma begins. I am from Arkansas originally. BBQ and fried catfish is something you just don't advertise and it not live up to expectations. No disrespect, but sadly this food seems to have established itself somewhere a long time ago here in Cary, NC and people kept coming more so out of tradition than the actual food itself. BBQ rarely disappoints most places. You have to do alot to make BBQ a unenjoyable experience and this establishment managed to succeed at just that. I had this meal pictured my dear lady had the smoked chicken. When a side of okra is the most exhilarating thing to touch your mouth of the entrees eaten someone failed. This meal rates meh at best don't let the picture fool you that is a 7oz filet of unseasoned, should of been thrown back in the pond he was caught from catfish. I had a piece of Texas toast that helped me stomach this fledgling of a filet with what was described as "fried" corn that was more sunburnt or air fried on high for too long. The BBQ baked beans were undercooked and bathed in a BBQ sludge that was the equivalent of mistakenly eating a spoonful of cold gravy that you thought was chocolate pudding. The smoked chicken was tender but the skin was as dry as papyrus paper in a mummy's tomb I wish I had at least desert sand on the skin or the chicken itself so some flavor profile could of been created. The sweet BBQ sauce was just sweet sludge that if was housemade should honestly be reevaluated to determine if it should be indeed added to any meat they may serve here. I had hopes. I love BBQ I've gone to a few BBQ establishments here and they have excelled and introduced me to many things but of the three I've tried here so far this one ranks tenth.

Found myself in the area for some business I had forgotten about this gem. Beef brisket was perfectly cooked and had good smoke flavor to it. Potato salad is not the normal blob of Mayonnaise. Must try!

Didn't see anyone without a mask, but it wouldn't have bothered me to see a smile like the good ole days.
Bacon... I had to know too!
