I've been coming to Josh and the crew at Precision Tune for years and always, always, received professional, reliable service for a great price. They're honest, too. They diagnose each issue and don't invent or pad the services needed. If things change as they get involved in the repair, they stop and let you know what changed before they do it, and get your approval before continuing. It's such a relief to be able to take my cars to a trustworthy business.

Called last minute needing a tire rotation. No other local shop i that i called offered walk ins. Service was great, work performed quickly and professionally. Clean shop and waiting area. I drive a new car and was worried about using a new shop that i didn't know anything about. The technician that worked on my prized possession took extra time and effort to make sure everything was good and clear before raising my car on the lift to get a rotation. My car was returned as clean as i left it with zero damage or stains. Staff was friendly and informative. Definitely recommend.

What a great experience! The prices are reasonable and the staff are knowledgeable and honest. I brought my car in at 8am on Saturday, and there were 10 people in front on me in line. I explained to the girl at the counter the noise I was hearing on the back, driver's side of my vehicle. She said someone would call in a couple hours, which they did. Josh called and told me what was going on. He recommended I get the back breaks done as well since I was going on a long trip, which I knew were pretty worn. He called a few hours later telling me I was good to go. The price was fair and the work was done well and timely. I can't say enough positive things about this place and I will definitely bring my car here going forward for all repair work.

They took my car from 2005 that had numerous problems with it and made it run like new with a price that was completely within my range. It's really surprisingly affordable. The staff are understanding and helpful as they worked out the issues with my car. They also explained to me what was going on so that way I would have a better understanding for next time around. I highly recommend!
