My grandson recently scheduled a visit at this clinic and gave the staff rave reviews. He said that they called him in before his appointment time (no waiting) and, although they had to refer him elswhere for his particiuar issue, they were extemely helpful, provided considerable needed inormation, and were very supportive all around. He will definitely be visiting this Minure Clinic again.

This place is TERRIBLE ! You have the pharmacy not knowing what to do! They tell you it’s a 15 minute wait every time. Don’t believe it, they have you waiting for an hour so I hope you scheduled things to do in the mean time. Also don’t have them try and pronounce your name. These people don’t care for courtesy. They will butcher your name with all sinester smiles. Brown station CVS is much better and faster and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This place reminds of the the CVS in SE, just ghetto!

I had a really bad cold that was not getting better. A co-worker suggested I try the Minute Clinic because her mother had been there and had positive comments. I went there and was seen within a few minutes. I found out I had bronchitis. I was given a prescription that was filled at the CVS Pharmacy relatively fast. I was very pleased that I did not have to go to my doctor and spend hours waiting to be seen (with all the other sick patients).

Arrived at 6:50 to find a note saying that they already took their last patient... if closing time for the clinic is at 6:50, the schedule for the clinic shouldn’t say 7:30! I talked to the HCP and she said go to the ER I cannot see you! Made an appointment for nothing!
