Tried for almost 2 years to get a referral through my doctor here. Finally did. Two years later. and now have skin cancer that has been removed in several spots. I don’t understand how this is in any way appropriate. Please don’t go here

Absolute disaster never get anything right horrible communication, treat their patients like cash cows and never actually get anything fixed! Horrible rude people answering phones!

So I work answering phones at our oncology/hematology clinic , customer service always has to be on point and wow for the life of me that’s not what we get here. I had to call 3 times and let the phone ring for about 20 mins the first two times I hung up the third time I was finally answered and that is after another 10-15 mins of just ringing. Then they answer like nothing and rude and short, the phone queue said literally 1 person ahead of me and yet three calls later it takes them to answer me. And when you go tot he clinic the girls are rude in the front like they are forced to be there. If you don’t know how to give good customer service in a clinic then you do not belong there. Obviously your there for the paycheck and not to actually help patients.
