I attended a wedding at this venue November, 2021. A coach service picked us up at our hotel and drove us to and from the event. She could not have been more attentive or a better driver! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything was perfect…down to the beautiful blanket left in the seats for guests to keep warm. A short walk to the reception building and it was magical! A huge wood fire and servers non-stop with delicious appetizers! The meal was fabulous and I remember seeing the wedding coordinators constantly checking that things were happening according to plans. I cannot recommend this venue enough. If a mountain wedding is part of your wedding dreams…this this is the place to make it happen.

The best decision we made during our wedding planning besides deciding to marry each other!! Twickenham is all around perfection. The location, views, staff, quality of service, and experience are top notch. Leigh was the sweetest and most helpful wedding planner. One of our favorite parts was getting to spend the WHOLE WEEKEND with our family and friends celebrating our wedding! Twickenham will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Leigh and the entire crew were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! First of, the venue. It is an amazing spot which will transform your wedding from great to phenomenal! The views are breathtaking and the accommodations are 5-Star. Secondly, Leigh Harrow! I could not ask for any better wedding planner! I mean literally, one does not exist. From day one she has been two steps ahead of us, she knew exactly what we wanted to make our day phenomenal! She had recommendations that we would have never thought of. Her recommendations for chef, musicians, flower artists, makeup artist, photographer and videographer were top notch! She from day one was not only our wedding planner but our friend as well. If we forgot something, she was quick to get it for us without a second thought. I just can't imagine having anyone else help us plan our wedding! She is the only one you want planning your event!!! The chef, Josh Cane is on par with any Michelin Star Chef out there. Everything from the Hors d'oeuvres to the main course, to the desert was as good as you will find in any Michelin Star rated restaurant out there. Our guests had high praises for the chef and how amazing every aspect of the culinary part of our wedding was. The rehearsal dinner was no different! It was some of the best food we could have hoped for and more. I would hire him for any event you may have! Twickenham House is the place to go for your wedding or event. I could not imagine having it anywhere else! It would not have been the same!

It is a long twisty mountain road. If you feel brave you can drive. The event we were at had a party bus.... That went off the road heading down the driveway (which is a mile up the mountain). Depends on your departure destination. The driveway/road is very narrow.
Dear Jesse, We usually require three nights - check-in Thursday afternoon, rehearsal and dinner on Friday, wedding and reception on Saturday check out on Sunday. We also offer Sunday and weekday events with no overnight stay required. We have done two night stays in the lower season.
Yes. We love well behaved and potty trained pets. :) The estate has 412 acres. We ask that the pets do not do their business on the 1+ acre that makes us the back lawn.
