save your money for a better softener and filter. this has been one of worst experience and purchase we had. within a month we had 3 technician over to fix the water softener.

The day we contacted them as a customer they came out that very day. It was Superbowl Sunday. They came out to sell us the system and we purchased it that day. We had a few problems with the system. 2 months after it was installed I called them to tell them the water tasted bad. They came out and the RO system wasn't working and was giving us the same water as in the sink but it tasted worse for whatever reason. They left and did nothing about it. Recently we called them because of an issue with the system. We had to bypass it to maintain water pressure in the house. The first appointment available was two weeks out. Not that it was necessarily an issue with the system but we wouldn't know for 2 weeks. It seems to me that they have more staff for sales than for customer support. They have the benefit of using Costco's good name to make customers feel confident in purchasing their equipment but there is no benefit to the customer that they are attached to Costco. We thought we were purchasing the best and highest quality equipment. It turns out all these systems are the same. At least if it was half the price we wouldn't be so frustrated about all these issues and the time it takes to have services. Another issue that the sales lady played down was the price of the filters. They are $150 each! And ours weren't filtering water properly after 2 months. (We have a family of 6)

Absolutely amazing company. Not only do the products do an amazing job. But the customer service is truly exceptional. They are so friendly and willing to help walk you through any questions or servicing. It’s rare that you can call a company and the first person you speak to can walk you through how to fix an issue with expertise and patience. And on top of that, then follow up with an email and video to ensure that you are totally supported. Marissa and the whole team are just amazing.
