I came 20 minutes to come to this Subway because they were the closest one that was open until 10. Ryker was amazing. He actually suggested something for my sub that I never tried before and it was amazing!!!!!! He was very friendly. He made my experience actually so excellent to the point where I did this review before I left out the parking lot.

I called @ 9pm 1 hr before close to make sure I can come in 15 to 20 min early and get a sandwich, the employee told me yes that is ok but that the toaster will be shut off. I replied ok thanks I won't use the toaster anyway. I show up @ 9:40pm like I had mentioned and the employee told me they are closing and they can only accept pick up orders that have been made. I said, but you don't close till 10pm and I called to make sure of that and you have to serve the food till closing time. He replied ok what are you getting but we are only taking debit also, I said that's fine I have debit and I would like a 6" turkey and 6" meatball not toasted, he replied oh we actually don't have either one of those available 🤦‍♀️ what a coincidence the only two items I'm asking for they don't have. At this point I don't get why there is a closing time when in actuality should be a sign that says we lock our doors @ 10 so feel free to come in and not order because we actually closed @ 9:40pm. SMH

Went here recently for lunch and service definitely hasn't changed since the last time I visited, was exactly the same, took FOREVER and I was the only customer in line, the girl was busy working on an online order. customer service isn't the best either. 2 stars because the store is clean.

Unbelievable service! I placed an order almost 2 hours in advance, because I wanted to make sure I get on time. We decided to drive to our cabin up north after work. Maybe if I wasn’t in a hurry I would react differently but I don’t know at this point. So back to my story, I placed an order about 2 hours before picking up. I stop by to pick up to find out that they didn’t even started on it. WHY? Apparently they’re oven was broken, so the first question I asked was, what? two hours wasn’t enough for you to call me to let me know that the oven was broken? I would’ve told you it’s OK and my order would’ve been done by now. But now I have to leave empty-handed because we are in a hurry!!! I told him to cancel my order and I wanted my money back. I’m still waiting on that return, if I don’t see my money back I’ll probably have to contact their corporate office!
