The delivery of a device was delayed due to a recall. I recently called customer service to find out the status of a delivery date. The representative I spoke to noticed that I had been waiting a long time since the date of when my doctor placed the order He stated that it mattered to him that I have the device delivered after I had waited so long. He asked for approval from his supervisor and I received delivery 2 days later. I would like to say thank you for such awesome customer service. my doctor placed the order.when my doctor placed the order He stated that it mattered to him that I receiveedo

only giving a 2 because the first time I had great service but in subsequent calls I have been placed on hold, disconnected during transfer and my issues were never resolved so that I had to contact my doctor to escalate the issue. I have not been able to use my device because they have not sent me the part I had ordered and paid for.

I ordered my device and got the masks in a week. I waited another week and called to ask about the device and other supplies. I was told I would get them the next day. But I got an email saying they were experiencing shortages so there would be extensive delays in the equipment. Poor customer service.

I was told that the oxygen equipment would be delivered by 10 pm on 3/26/22. Then we were told the equipment be here by midnight. I told them to come in the morning. I called them at 9 am and was told the equip. Would be delivered between 10:30 am and 1 pm on 3/27/22. I called them yet again at 1:15 pm today and was told that the delivery will be here between 3:45 and 7:45 pm. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Questions & Answers

I had my O2 delivered at 130am last night without checking my concentrator. I did remind him he needed to do that he said no. Should I report everything that occurred tonight or stay silent?

Report. We have to keep people accountable for their actions.

My client is moving from San Diego to Philadelphia and she currently has a home concentrator and compressor from Apria. What do I need to do to insure she has oxygen once she arrives at her new residence?

Call Apria and make sure you get the name of the person you talked to ,date and time you talked to that person and make arrangements with that person.tell that person what your client needs i.e. Oxygen, tubings, cannula etc.hope this is help. Good luck.
