I came across their website online. Everything on the website was user friendly. When I got the call from a lady who works there that's where I was thrown off. First she sounded like I was making a scam inquiry. Then went to her stating "you know this is going to be a delivery fee of $69.99". I proceed to advise the website does not state this. She then stated "our website does not say free either". I then advise I never said the website said it would be free. I simply advised the website does not state what the delivery fee will be. Which I understand it is different depending on the location however when you fill out the request something more specific could be listed. I don't know the whole experience wasn't pleasant. I kindly asked her to cancel my request. I am not sure if this is how they do all their customer service however if she was kinder maybe I would've proceed with the service. I don't recommend using them. Check other places or just buy what you would've rented it will probably come out cheaper.
