My mother’s best friend just turned 100 and she wanted mom to come to her party. Mom is in a wheel chair and we needed a wheel chair van. This was the third company I called and dispatch was very nice and helpful. The van driver was on time, in uniform, drove safely and helped with mom. He was great! And on time for the ride home. We will definitely use Quality Transport Services again. I highly recommend them!

When we made the decision to move our dear Dad into hospice we wanted to make sure that he could be transported from the hospital to the home safely and smoothly. The driver arrived and with great care moved him onto the gurney and placed him laying down as not to have any distress. The van was nice and cool to aid comfort. I was able to sit in near his side as he was transported which I was really happy about. The driver took the utmost care in driving slow and smooth over every bump ,the transition into the home went perfect! I'm so happy we chose this company to make move as quiet as possible.

Look NO further!!! QTS is incredible to deal with. Not only do they arrive EXACTLY in the window they promise (used others that were over an hour late!!) but the drivers (Shane and Sal, especially!) were friendly, helpful and STRONG! Had to get my dad to a doctor´s appointment and then unexpectedly to a lab for a scan and they were amazing accommodating my ever-changing appointments. Travis, the dispatcher, is SO helpful and they go out of their way to help you, while being realistic with pick-up times and availability. SO happy to have found your company - thanks for such Quality Transport Services - the name fits the company! :)
