The front staff were all warm and friendly; the initial tour for first timers helped me feel comfortable and welcome. Haley was also super friendly, and explained everything she was doing and her thoughts on color and cut. She was thorough, and my hair looks awesome, and I've received many compliments on it in the week since I got it done.

I’ve been dying my hair blonde for YEARS, I’ve dyed it dark before, red before, done a shadow root etc. Never before have I ever had it turn ORANGE! And that’s exactly what happened when I went to Mane Attraction. I had just moved to Phoenix so I was looking to find a place to have my hair touched up before a wedding. I wanted to go a little darker since Fall was coming up, and I was honestly thinking about a shadow root. I wasn’t thinking it was going to come out ORANGE! Not at all the color the stylist and I decided on. But she acted like it was fine even though I know this was not the color she showed me in the beginning and nowhere near what I was expecting. Will not be going back! Scared to even get it touched up by then honestly.

I had my first experience with with Mane Attraction last night. I met Cristina at a private event for North Phoenix Moms Blog and she suggested a new hairstyle for me. I loved everything about my experience, from being greated to having a massage while getting my hair washed by Ryan and Cristina's talented hands giving me a beautiful new hairstyle. As a mom of two, I don't really have time for myself, so this hour of self care felt more like a spa day! The entire team is amazing. I will be back for sure!

Worst Experience ever...Hair totally ruined by Ronda. I asked for platinum blonde highlights, on the pictures you can see what I have now.. And its when Sye tried to fix it. Its going to take me 6 to 8 month to fix my hair, plus a lot of money again. Owner's wife was rude to me, when I asked for my money back. They don't really care as long as you pay $200, $ 300 each visit. Trusted those "professionals", but very disappointed

Thank you for your inquiry. Through our intensive 12-24 month in house education program all MAS stylists are taught to examine our clients’ natural texture, growth patterns, face shape, and lifestyle to best recommend a haircut that is suitable and customized. Some of our stylists have been at the salon longer giving them more experience with a wider variety of hair types but all MAS stylists are formally trained to cut any and all hair types. They are great with all types of hair. There are a few stylists that had dreadlocks. They may still have them--hard to say stylists are always changing their look! Give the salon a try it's a great experience.
