Good gym and location. No masks which is nice but at this location you have a select group of people who don’t wear shirts while working out. Can’t be to sanitary. I personally have never been to a gym where clothing was not enforced.

My husband and I both joined this gym recently and we love it! Very clean, and friendly! They do a great job keeping up with with sanitation and cleaning to make it a safe environment. We specifically worked with James, and he was very accommodating and made it an enjoyable experience. Happy to be going here and will refer all of my friends!

Fitness19 is the first gym I actually stuck with! The gym does not include lockers room but does have lockers for you to put your stuff in. The gym has all the gym equipment for body builders and those just looking to be fit. The gym's staff is super helpful and nice! The trainers are skilled and certified in what they. Ask for Mike he's been an awesome trainer so far and is helping me out with my form,etc. There's also a trainer by the name of Laura for any girl looking for some direction or help with their form, goals etc. She stays busy for sure. Facilities are always clean and machines are adequately maintained. The whole staff is freaking awesome and has been instrumental to my success. Not to mention how inexpensive the membership is here at fitness19. The staff explains the cost of the membership. I pay about $20 a month totally worth the value. Oh yeah, the internet is fast as well :) Drop by and talk the staff and have the give you a quick tour.

It sounds like they charged you for a whole year or something else instead of one month. Go there and tell them what happened and notify your CC if they can't fix it. I've been paying 9.95 a month

I don't know. Seems like the staff at work at the gym locations don't have any control over billing. I went through something similar with Gold's Gym and it took me a year-and-a-half constantly mentioning it everyday I would go into the gym and I went about 5 days a week.
Not to sure if you can get A refund but the best thing to do is go over there and question it.
There's different prices, but generally if you do a single gym its $10/mo. $20/mo will get you the option of guests on weekends, other Fitness 19 locations, and more. It all varies, you'll really need to go to one you'll frequent. There's also an annual fee, keep that in mind.
Yes, just like any other gym you sign up for, the annual fee will come out within the first 3 or 4 months of signing up. I think it's a $29 or $39 fee. Still reasonable considering gyms like 24 or golds will be $49
9.99-19.99 with annual membership fee.
