As a younger person, I usually expect a bit of rudeness when walking into a luxury store. I was looking for a necklace and the woman who was helping me was very rude and didn’t take me seriously. I walked out and left because I felt very judged in that atmosphere, I don’t recommend this location.

This Dior location is my favorite luxury shopping in all of the Miami Design District. My husband and I found the atmosphere to be the incredibly inviting and interactive, and their service to be even more pleasing. My husband had been searching for the high-demand 'Dior Dio Evolution Slides' (photo included) online for about a month and visited the Miami Design location; we were immediately helped, seated and served beverages as I tried on a selection of footwear. - found exactly the pair we were searching for and we're taken care of for the entirety of the visit. Wonderful experience. Would recommend this location to any Miami locals or visitors.

Came in asking for a specific item and was told they didn’t have it before the salesperson checked inventory. After “checking the back” 3 different times and bringing out random variations that I didn’t want, I asked to check the inventory with them on his tablet and he “happened” to find what I came there for. Telling a paying customer you don’t have a product (before checking) when it’s actually in stock is quite possibly the most amateur & unprofessional thing you can do as a salesperson. From the comments I can tell their sales team has 100% lost them business LOL

The worst Dior shopping experience. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept their eyes on the phone the whole time while we were talking to them. They even couldn’t fold a scarf properly and I had to do if by myself. Very unpleasant. Any Dior store is better than this.

Nope, just go in and take the elevator to 3rd floor.🙂
The menu absolutely sucked..lol there is nothing on it but berries and crossiant avocado toast. Small bites basically for two people my tap was 135 including the tip one coffee one hot cocoa one Berry bowl one almond crossiant and two champagne drinks
You need to make an appointment, preferably 😊
We just walked in.. it was a line.. waited like 10min it was a Saturday too
No you don't have to have an appointment to enter the store but there is limit of customers at one time it depend on how busy they are,
cafe $7-14, breakfast $9-24. Meal for 2 people @ $60 USD.
It's the same like the hours of the store Dior
