I had a flat tire few days ago. I ordered the tire from Walmart’s website and also had an appointment with auto care tire installation. The appointment was quick; I could find an available slot for the next day and my tire would also arrive to the auto care center by my appointment time. The next day, I went to the Auto Care Center. The ladies at the check-in made me wait for almost 15-20 minutes for check-in. When I finally started to complain that I had been waiting and I was going to lose my appointment time, Jesse, the manager stepped in and took care of my appointment and check in. My car was ready to check out in half an hour with my tire installed.

Very poor customer service. I’ve had my tires repaired there several times no issue now all of a sudden after waiting on line 25 minutes they say I need an appointment? Will never be back to this tle.

Purchased 4 brand new tires at a very good price set up appointment to install tires auto center manager was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Tire technicians were very knowledgeable and professional they took the time to do everything right the first time. Excellent service, excellent price. Definitely recommend this auto center you just have to setup your appointment and show on time excellent people keep up the good work. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
