Went through the West Salem Dutch this morning and was not having the best start to the day. The young lady that took my order asked how my day was an I told her it’s had better starts. I placed my order and she refused my card. I was very thankful for that. Seriously sometimes the littlest thing can mean so much to someone. Thank you for helping to turn the morning around. I have always had great service and drinks. The kids love the drinks and the employees always go out out their way to make them feel noticed. Another little thing that goes a long way. This location rocks. All the locations that I’ve been to do as well, but today West Salem took the cake. Thank you!

Can't go wrong with any Dutch Bros that I've been to, but my favorite location is the Monmouth location. Super awesome staff, remembers your name and they are always upbeat. Delicious no matter which one i try. The staff is also very good at suggesting delicious drinks

Our drinks are great dairy-free! We can make them with any of our plant based milks, including oat, almond and coconut. If you’re vegan and your diet allows for cane sugar, most of our products will work for you. Feel free to send us your favorite drink and we’re happy to provide specific nutrition information.

Masks are worn by employees and recommendation for customers, card online. And as a customer you insert your own card in the little card reader. Although now you can download the new app and they just scan the qr code after u apply money. When you get to the window the drinks are put on a try that has cup holders to pass the drinks so they dont spill.
Huh, strange. Amidst everything going on, I can understand if they had to close for employee and public safety. But a note explaining their closure would've been nice. Was trying to get coffee on my way in to work today. Thanks for your input though!
