My husband was locked up with a vop and no bond. I was looking up lawyers and saw that attorney Rivera works 24 hours. I called at 11pm and he answered. Took his time with me and explained everything. He also takes payments which is a plus. Once I hired him the very next day he emailed me with the documents that was needed for the judge. If there were a negative ten stars, I would give it! Alejandro has a lawyer in his firm, JF. This lawyer is by far, the worst lawyer I ever had! I had to do the calls and the emails that regarded her to do. There was delays in every single task and it cost me more than $1,500!!!!! If you call this firm, NEVER EVER rely yourself on JF!!!!!

Quick email responses make my life so much easier! Update 8 months later: I've slowly submitted my paperwork. Paid my fees, submitted my tax return check as wel . I lowered the star rating because I've been trying to get a hold of my lawyer Jessica for over a month now. Via email, voicemail... every time I call the office now it goes to an answering service. Stopped by the office last week and no one answered. Frustrating! I just need my case filed.

Rivera is straightforward, means well, and does good practice. In my situation, he explained every aspect of what I should do and informed me about how long it would take. I especially appreciated the timeline he gave me, as no one else I've spoken to about my circumstance has been up-front about that.

Bankruptcy and Foreclosure defense matters can also be scheduled for a free 30 minute consultation by appointment. For Family Law matters if you go to Walk-In hours Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the fee is $50 for an initial 15 Minute Consultation. Family Law matters can also be scheduled outside of Walk-In hours for a 30 minute family law consultation for $150.
