You moved our mail locker without telling us you were normally supposed to tell us because that's how communication works. Something this post office needs to work on having positive, polite, kind, and generous attitudes because no customer deserves to be treated terribly and communication. I'm showing grace and mercy the best way I know how.

The counter people are friendly and helpful at all times, even when asked strange questions, which I have witnessed. We have used various post offices for more than 50 years and Marysville has the best staff we have ever dealt with.

Rich at the front counter is very rude. Very demeaning and also not helpful. He has a huge lack of customer service . Use your post office almost every other day . Finally deserving of a review ! Constantly rude . Can't believe this is who represents your post office at the front counter. I would watch how he treats your customers !

Working in the customer service industry can be difficult especially given our current situation. You can go throughout your day dealing with unkind customers, but what I don't understand is why be rude to the customers that are kind to you? I am writing this review today based off my experience with the male employee that works at the front desk. As I waited in line, I watched as he gave a nice old lady attitude then proceeded to be rude to me after I said, "Hi, I'm here to drop off my package today." He stared at my package and did not say anything for awhile then asked me why I placed my label on my package like this. Taken, my label was placed on top of the package and boxed up very neatly. He told me next time don't place my label so close to the corner of the package. He also did not like that the barcode was a bit faded and asked me if the package was scannable like I had my rf gun at home to scan my package. I tried to come up with a solution and said that I could reprint another label and reattach it. He proceeded to scan the package and everything turned out to be fine. He stood there critiquing my package which is something I have never experienced at a post office before. After this, I plan on not choosing USPS for my shipping services anymore. I work in customer service and surely people remember how they made you feel. That is a huge part of the reason why you have loyal customers.

Yes
Yes, there are two package chutes in the lobby. I believe the lobby is open 24 hours. I've been in there plenty of times after hours.
Yes
You have to ask proactive about that. If they don't cover return shipping then yes. If they cover it they will need to send you a shipping label.
You should contact the people sending it, post office will mail it to the address on the package.
