I Always come here for fast fun food. I love my fish n cheese n clam strips. The food has always been warm w the deep fry feel and the bread lightly crispy and warm. A Great deal for your money and fun compared to the Golden Arches and BK bc of the Variety which includes the Impossible Burger for vegetarians in a smaller version and the fish nibblers which you can’t find in any other fast food place. I love the new renovations. Looks amazing!

The food prep area was filthy... the manager was trying to motivate the employees, but to no avail. The young lady was leaving her shift was over, but the ones who were coming on or already working ... had no motivation no drive and didn't see the importance of actually working. I ordered 2 burgers 1 drink .. I waited about 20 minutes and the food wasn't even lukewarm... I was so disappointed! I figured let me go in instead of the drive thru.. now I see why the drive thru line was so long ... no motivation .. the manager was very friendly but frustrated .. I herd her on several occasions say come on guys .. let's go .. they acted as if they didn't hear her .. she was doing most of the work and trying to manage at the same time .. The Castle is a once in a while spot but good service shouldn't be .. I'm giving it a 1 for the effort of the Lead / Manager

Well, wow. That was a mistake. If the bar was set at " edible " I would have to say that they did clear the bar. But, not by much. The onion rings were especially disappointing. Rubbery with just a hint of onion flavor. My coke was 50 percent ice as well.

Waiting in drive-thru 20 minutes before they even took my order. Got out of the drive-thru line to go inside and it's closed. There were at least 6 people working inside. Why is it always a long wait for service?? This is unacceptable. I even called the store while I was in line and they said we are changing shifts. So does business stop during that time? If so, turn off the sign and stop making people wait that long for horrible service.
