I have brought 3 cars to Spade over the last few years. They typically do a great job. However, I immediately pointed out to them that the tools/ blades they used to install my tint left cut marks into the plastic of my brand new vehicle. I’ve only had the vehicle for a week and was mightly disappointed that it was already damaged.

Bike Lyfe bike night was held at this location. The owners were very hospitable there were a couple food trucks and plenty of cold drinks for a hot summer night. I really enjoyed myself. There were many lavish cars pulling up to represent. They do fabulous work and can turn any car into a luxury vehicle.

Was disappointed in Spades. I had such a good first experience years ago but this one was pretty different. First, I will say that my first vehicle in 2017 was fantastically done, hence my return for another vehicle tint. However, a few things from my most recent experience: 1. My tint seems to produce this rainbow halo/hue at night around vehicles headlights especially when looking through the rear view mirror and back window in general. It is very distracting and makes the vehicles look blurry. I don't know if this is a standard thing with the ceramic tint or not. 2. My window tint appointment was at 1pm but I came in right at 11am in case they could get to my car early but no worries if they couldn't get to it until 1pm. They took it in almost right away to get started. So say 1130am to be safe. When I made the appointment I was told tint only takes about an hour to complete. After speaking to the gentlemen at the front desk about it, he said they would never have said an hour because no tint is ever that quick. Fair, but not what I was told on the phone. I sat in their lobby until 415pm. 3.25 hours from appt time or 4.75 hours from the time they took it into their tint bay. I drove from a different city because of their reputation but was not pleased with this experience.
