It is very bad customer service to automatically reject a regular customer. I can understand being under pressure and busy. But the way this place acted yesterday was horrible. Took my money for services and tips elsewhere and happy I did. I found some place better and is gonna continue to be at the other place. Just wanted to let it be known.

@Estell Young; yes, the owner said that he just moved there from off Hamilton Ave in that little area where the liquor store is. I'm glad he moved from there. I always wanted to go there but, it didn't look safe to me.
