Placed 2 orders online.Needed to call to modify the order the owner said my order would ship that week,it never did.I ended up getting a refund for my order.The other order was partially refunded (as of the day of this review). This business has a new owner and I really do hope he manages to get things squared away, a suggestion would be to stop ALL online business till legal issues are resolved. The plus side is this hobby shop offers great financing options and most small shops do not. The store itself does have a good past reputation for doing good business. I think I just placed my order at the wrong time. I would be willing to re-order online from this business in the future even after my first experience. That is why I gave this review 4 stars and not 5.

My son liked the crawler track. I my opinion I think they could work on their encouragement and their attitude with children interested in the hobby. We completely understood they didn't have the part we needed.

We had so much fun here using the course! And you can't beat the price! Under $10 for the whole day. The kids had never done this, but for 2 and 3 yrs old, it's something they were able to pick up quickly. The guy here was very friendly and they have many parts in stock, as well as able to order parts.

This place is the absolute best around. The owner is awesome and a really nice guy and the crawler course inside the store is amazing. The outdoor course is fantastic and they aren't even done with it yet. I can't wait to get back.

Posting a follow-up here. The order I was enquiring about was cancelled without any communication from Trackside (other than what appeared to be an automated email saying that it was cancelled at my request.) I did not request to have my order cancelled. Thanks Trackside for lack of courtesy.
I do alot of business with trackside. Best people I have found so far. If he does not have it in stock he can have it to you within a few days.
Hello and thank for the question. I can not get factory Losi parts. I can get after market. The rc 10 I can get parts for. My tech is there 1 time a week normally sundays. Turnaround time is normally 1 week depending on parts.
